numbering hits and/or downloads

Hi! Can anyone explain to me the exact meaning of the last number on the first line of the score information with the downward-pointing arrow? Is it the number of hits or downloads? And what is the difference between/meaning of the Counter Statistics that pop up when you click on this number? Tom
