Editing title of my contribution

On my contributor portal I want the title of my contibution to read, "Meditation from Thais (Massenet, Jules)"
Under the "Arrangements and Transcriptions" subheading I want my contribution to read "2.4.3.20 For Piano (Loveridge)"[/b] instead of "2.4.3.20 For Piano"
Under this particular contribution, I don't have a "move" option to make the change myself.
Can you please help?
