App issue: "Unavailable in the EU" for CC BY-SA file

​Hi admins,
​I need help with a download restriction on this page:

​I am the composer's son, sole copyright holder, and I uploaded these files under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0.

​The issue:

​On the IMSLP mobile app: The piece "Sonata per Amedeo Modigliani" shows an (EU) tag and gives the error "This file is marked as unavailable in the EU and cannot be downloaded from your location".

​On web browsers: It downloads normally without issues.

​This only happens with this specific file, while my other uploads work fine. Since the file is properly licensed under Creative Commons, could an admin please check the copyright tags/settings so it can be downloaded via the app as well?

I don't see anything through the Old Wiki Version of IMSLP showing any Non EU tag at all, its complete permission granted across the board. At this point, probably just use the regular browser to download the files. It might have to do with the App your using restricting access to the composer maybe I am guessing in the EU. Even without permission, the composer is under copyright in the EU.

Also since we are assuming still you are the composer's heir, we would normally need a letter of permission and that might alleviate the issue. But were not going be requesting that since you are verified.

Lastly regarding on relying on websites in general for your files, you should always have offline backups for your files if possible.

First of all, thank you for your response, but I'm afraid there might be a misunderstanding.
Of course, I have all the files on my PC and I don't use IMSLP to back them up. I was raising the issue for anyone who might want to download the score using the IMSLP app instead of a web browser and, seeing that message, might think it can't be downloaded at all.

Regarding the fact that it might not be downloadable from the EU: I am located in the EU (Italy), so if that were the case, it wouldn't be downloadable via browser either.

In any case, it's not a big deal since, as mentioned, it can be downloaded through the browser instead. It's just a pity that the same can't be done via the app.
