Levitski Arabesque valsante

Thank you Jujimufu for scanning this lovely piece into the library. However, the third page appears twice and the second page is missing. If you (or anyone else within eyeshot) could make it available I would be thrilled!
Levitski's own recording of Arabesque valsante is included in the collection A-Z of Pianists (a 4 CD set from Naxos) and can be purchased separately on iTunes. Gorgeous sound, vibrant pulse, expressive rhythmic freedom, and a beautiful way of bringing out inner voices a la Rachmaninov (as in his recording of his transcription of Kreisler's Liebesleid, which obviously inspired Levitski's piano writing).
