fatal error unrecognizable page

After successfully creating the work page 3 Compositions for organ under Pietro Yon I am receiving a 'fatal error unrecognizable page' message when attempting to upload files to same. Any help would be appreciated.

I capitalized the "O" in Organ per our English title rules. Refresh the cache and you should be able to upload with no problem.
