I have been adding LinkLib links to librettists in Grieg's songs that don't already have links. I had done several, when I added this one:
http://imslp.org/wiki/To_Ole_Bull,_EG_1 ... g,_Edvard)
The librettist is JS Welhaven:
http://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Welhaven ... _Sebastian
It said Welhaven had 24 pages before I did the addition, and it still says 24 pages after I've done the link. I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that on some pages, e.g. http://imslp.org/wiki/Album_for_Mandssa ... ,_Halfdan) it uses a LinkName for him instead of a LinkLib. In fact, this page is a mixture of the two.
What is the difference, and is this the problem?

Re: LinkLib vs LinkName
That's the problem. LinkName merely transforms the name into a hyperlink to the person's category. LinkLib creates the hyperlink but also places the work page into that person's "As Librettist" tab on their category page.
Re: LinkLib vs LinkName
Then is it best, every time I see a LinkName, to change it to LinkLib? (provided, of course, that it is a librettist )
