the piano solo file

is defect (at least on my computer). Chunks of the text are missing.

It has downloaded perfectly twice for me. Try right-clicking and saving to your hard drive before opening it. See if that helps.

I've tried both that, cleaning caches, and different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome). No difference. Seems to lie with the PDF viewers. On Preview and Skim, exactly the same chunks are missing, on Adobe Reader the file works. But the thing is, I can't remember if I've ever come across this amount of difference between PDF viewers before, and it's not like I'm seldom using Preview. So I still doubt that there isn't something with the file. But perhaps I've been lucky not to have come across this before, I don't know.

I just can tell you my experiences. Download the files on your hd and you will have no problems. Opening them in a browser is often problematically.

Thanks for the input, but I have opened them outside a browser in all three PDF viewers, with the result I mentioned.

Well, I can live with having to open the file in Adobe Reader; just posted in case some expert knew something that could be done or someone else had similar problems.

Yes. All of them and all the browsers.
