File with a wrong name, how change?

My corrected upload #416395 has now a wrong file name (PMLP68913-Tschaikowski_Ouv_Op3_GOSWF_Ackermann_04_1953.mp3): the correct file name should be now: PMLP68913-Tschaikowski_Ouv_Opritchnik_GOSWF_Ackermann_04_1953.mp3.
How can this be changed?

You cannot change a file's name. The only way this could be done would be to delete the existing, incorrectly-named file and then upload a new, correctly-named file. What you have done is uploaded a new version of this file:
PMLP68913-Tschaikowski Ouv Op3 GOSWF Ackermann 04 1953.mp3. If you
really wanted to have the file name reflect
The Oprichnik an admin would need to delete that file so that you can upload a correctly-named one through the "Add File" process.
