Two or Three Posies, Not 2 or 3 Posies

Hey,
Sallen112 has change a work page title of mine from Two or Thee Posies to 2 or 3 Posies. Why he did this is beyond me. John Keats, the poet, a rather famous poet, titled the work Two or Three Posies; he did not title it with 2 or 3.
I am unable to change this, obviously because I don't have the authority.
So now what?
