Leichte Kavallerie Ouverture - Organ Arrangement is actually a Horn Part

Post by bicinium »

It looks like User:Ldeutsch tried to upload an organ arrangement of her own, but accidentally duplicated an upload by User:Violagal on the same page (Horn IV transposed to F, located under 'Parts'). In addition to the incorrect attribution of the horn part, the duplicate upload is marked as CC-BY rather than its original CC-BY-NC.

746 downloads and nary a peep about the file being incorrect. I got a copy a few years back from his website:

This is what sometimes happens when you upload files using the same file name as an already-uploaded file. The system considered Ldeutsch's file to be a duplicate of Violagal's typeset horn part and so simply created a link to that already-upload file. I've now added Mr. Deutsch's arrangement using the same license under which he has uploaded his other arrangements.
