When clicking on the file link, I get a "file not found" error. I'm in the US, so I should be able to access the file in regards to copyright status.

It should work now. The problem was related to files that were originally stored on another server, where special characters ("é" in this case) were handled differently. I'm afraid we will experience other similar cases when special characters are present in the filename.
