CPE Bach "Kenner und Liebhaber" collections

I wrote a similar post to this on the CPE Bach page's discussion section, but it might be more useful to post it here.
Currently, the six Kenner und Liebhaber collections by CPE Bach are listed in (non-original) descriptively titled pages (which, weirdly, are in German), listed with the Wq numbers. The actual collection number, however, is absent in each case, and seeing as that is the most common way by which people refer to these collections (in my experience, anyway), surely these numbers need to be added.
Incidentally, why are these six pages given titles in German in the English-language version of IMSLP? For example, Collection No.5 is called "2 Sonaten, 2 Fantasien und 2 Rondos für Kenner und Liebhaber, Wq.59". Could the actual pieces not be listed in English, if the page is to have a title other than that which appears in the original print?
