Cantiam lieti cantiamo

with a final i after the second word. You can check it in the score, if you are not Italian. Thank you for your attention.

But your going off of a typeset arrangement, which may or may not be the original title of the work. Plus this title isn't a generic title so we would prefer to know what the proper original title was by the original manuscript.
