Why does https://imslp.org/wiki/Pater_Peccavi_a8 ... C_Jacobus) have the non-PD US tag?

Because the edition is an urtext edition and is published in the period where it is automatically under copyright for 95 years after publication.

Becuase that probably does not have a renewal found for the USA Copyright (published between 1924-63), so I am assuming its free.
