Wrong file listed for recording of Csardas by Vittorio Monti.

I already opened a discussion on the page, but it really is more an "issue" than a discussion.
I uploaded a recording (Professor P playing the accordion orchestra arrangement) and instead of that recording the page lists the same file as the midi recording by Tolga Karaca.
As the "my contributions" list does not list my uploaded file I cannot upload a new version either.
How can I fix this, or can someone else fix this? If my upload has disappeared, how can I upload it again?

The file you tried to upload had the same file name as the mp3 file uploaded by Tolga Karaca back in 2011 for his string quartet version. The system treated it as a duplicate of the already-uploaded file and so your file wasn't uploaded. I've deleted your entry under recordings. Rename your file to something other than Czardas.mp3 and try to upload it again.

I have changed the file name and now it worked.
