Vanhal Op 23 (Op 7) symphonies

There are now two copies of these six symphonies available here. Only one of them, the symphony in A minor, is definitely by Vanhal (it is Bryan a2). The second symphony in Eb has three movements, and the second and third are identical to those of Rosetti's symphony KI-5, A23 (that symphony is available here as one of "Rosetti 6 Symphonies"). The first movement is different, but I wonder if it could be an alternative first movement actually by Rosetti, as it has the same sort of quirkiness. I would be grateful if anyone knows the answer to this, and indeed, suggestions as to who wrote the other works. Sterkel Op 7 has been suggested, but the works do not match those of the 'real' Sterkel Op 7.
All the symphonies are worth studying, but you should choose the new copy rather than the Bailleux one. That has several pages missing from the viola part, and the viola parts don't just double the bass (in fact, one symphony is scored for divided violas).
