I have just noticed the library of Piano.ru was closed. Does anyone know why ? Will it re-open someday ?

It seems to go up and down for no apparent reason. Russia has a copyright law which is almost as restrictive as that of the EU. It seems to be observed randomly, if at all. Who knows?
