Hello,
I'm new here and not 100% sure how all this works.....
I'd like to upload the following:
Milhaud: Vocalise-Etude (1928)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_c ... us_Milhaud
Messiaen: Vocalise-Etude (1935)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_c ... r_Messiaen
Tailleferre: Vocalise-Etude (1928)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_c ... ailleferre
I know.... they are all post-1923! However I have searched the Catalog of Copyright Entries for the USA and found no entries for these works.

Re: Vocalises
Did you try searching through Worldcat to find publication entries? Because they usually are always good at finding the publication year on works like these. What do your file's publication info say on the first page of the score?

Re: Vocalises
The Messiaen was published ©1935 by Alphonse Leduc it seems, the Milhaud (op.105) by them in 1929. Tailleferre - same ©1929 Leduc.
Re: Vocalises
Then its probably unlikely they would be eligible, but we will have to double check the CoCE to make sure to make absolutely sure there is no renewals whatsoever. Its the only way they could pass onto the USA server if there are no renewals at all 28 years after first publication.

Re: Vocalises
not sure if this affects anything but the Messiaen was released in a Nachdruck in 1950 and at intervals after.
