PD-in US only - Ulric Cole - Above the Clouds

Hello - I have a score by Ulric Cole, Above the Clouds, published in 1924 that is public domain in the US, and would like to upload it. It has been long enough since I tried uploading anything to the US server that either the process has changed or I'm just hopelessly lost. It appears an admin was able to "unlock" a page the last time I attempted this (pieces by Paul Le Flem). Is this possible again? The page for the work has been created already. Thanks!
