I'd like to add "When You're Smiling" by Larry Shay, Mark Fisher, and Joe Goodwin (specifically, the scan on that Wikipedia page). I'll need Larry Shay's page unlocked to add it (and upload to PML-US).

Or would it be better for me to add it to Mark Fisher's page, since his doesn't need to be unlocked?

Edit: Actually, I see the sheet music lists Mark Fisher first. So maybe that is the better place?
