I have a high quality scan of Harold Darke's 3 Chorale-Preludes, Op. 20, published in 1919. I would like to upload this to the new Harold Darke page I have created on IMSLP. Thanks!

Yes looks like that is proof enough you can post it on here. Since its first published before 1925, its eligible in the USA.
