I just wanted opinions on the best musicologist of all time (although Berlioz comes close in terms of criticisms).
On a different note, I would also love to know where one can find his complete collected works?

I have read some of the volumes in his "Essays in Musical Analysis", which was an intended to be an introduction to the works as well as being programme notes.
