Try doing a search on versions of La Traviata (Verdi) with French singing translations, they must exist. Also, the drinking song is referred to in the opera as a Brindisi, so that is a better search term than the incipit of Libiamo ne’ lieti calici. The definition of a "singing translation" is one that fits the same metre (or close enough) to the original language to replace it when sung - not all translations will meet this criteria.
IMSLP's copy of the vocal score is the Italian/English Schirmer edition, if one of our Francophone contributors were to go digging in their local music libraries they'd probably find an Italian/French VS.
Thank you very much for your help. I found its lyric on one of Vietnam's site coincidentally, however, i still need the score. Unfortunately, I only found Italian/English language of La traviata in the book store where I usually go to find score
