I have some trouble in finding comfortable fingering for these two passages in Ravel's La Valse for piano solo.
I haven't been able to come up with fingering that brings out the melody clearly and legato, but is still comfortable. Especially with the last 2 bars of each fragment.
Suggestions would be much appreciated.

Re: Ravel - La Valse fingering
This arrangement is known to be rather difficult. It seems to be hard even in innocent-looking passages, like the two you cite. Good luck finding a solution.

Re: Ravel - La Valse fingering
For the last two bars in each figure, I'd probably do this in the right hand and use some light pedaling (being sure to release on the D-sharp and G-sharp, respectively) to connect the fingerings, but always keeping the melody as smooth as possible.
Melody - 3 3 4, 4 5
Figuration - 1 2

Re: Ravel - La Valse fingering
I just started learning this piece and it would be great to learn from your experience on fingering.
Half way through the piece, page 8's passages are the ones giving me a hard time (probably page 19 is same?), but any words of wisdom would be much appreciated. Thanks!
