Seems to be Pergolesi, an arrangement " Que ne sui-je la fougère ". See RISM ID no.: 702003334.

http://books.google.fr/books?id=QEv4rSn ... es&f=false is a collection of new lyrics put on traditional songs. It is likeky that this melody is very old and Albanese and Pergolesi made only arrangements.
