Help interpreting note durations in manuscript

I'm working on typesetting this Prelude by Anzoletti, which has been complicated! Lots of unexpected combinations of notes and I've had to make some educated guesses at where he left out certain accidentals (e.g. he will mark an f natural, then an unmarked f, then another f natural in the same measure, and I'm guessing the unmarked f is meant to be played sharp as it sounds correct that way).

But anyway, I've gotten to the final page and there are a few measures where I can't figure out the duration of the notes. This happens in 3 measures on this page, where the violin part seems to have an extra eighth note in the measure, and the left hand of the piano seems to have an extra sixteenth. The right hand fits correctly into the measure. (The piece is in common time.)





(You can see here I was trying to just visually interpret that maybe the extra sixteenth is meant to be part of a quintuplet). Any idea what's going on here?

For the violin part figures in the three measures, I would guess that beat 4 is a tuplet pattern (8th-note triplets with 16th note subdivision).

The piano left hand figurations you mention seem more ambiguous. But if there are quintuplets there, I would think they are on beat 3 instead: 16th rest, B0, B1, 16th rest, B1.

Yeah that might make sense for the left hand to be where you mentioned as the right hand has a tie so there's no mismatched rhythm.
