I just noticed a new option on the Karlsruhe Verbundkatalog (http://www.ubka.uni-karlsruhe.de/kvk_en.html), that allows you to restrict searches (at least in the German libraries) to digital holdings.
Its interesting, because several libraries are just starting to put recent "scans on demand" online, and a little confusing because sometimes the catalog already has the link before digitization is finished.
