What skill level are you at? I am not a violinist but I am familiar with many pieces written for the instrument. I also do not want to recommend anything to difficult/easy.

There are many great pieces on MSLP.
Unfortunatley you have to look at each one to find its difficulty.
It would help amateurs to have a difficulty level code, as used by many publishers. The merton music system is even better.
