Hey guys,
I've come across some (I think mostly piano) music by a D. L. White. (links below) It's all pre-1923, so I'm fairly sure it's fine for the US, but I haven't found any info on D. L. White, so I can't say about the Canadian status.
Anyone know anything?
Thanks,
Geoff

Re: D. L. White
Since he was publishing things in the early 1890s, we can reasonably assume he was not likely to have been born later than 1875. He could be protected in Canada if he lived past 1960, which is fairly unlikely. EU status would not matter as much since the EU practices "Rule of the Shorter Term" for Non-EU works. His work could be protected in some EU countries which have bi-lateral treaties with the USA (Western Europe, mainly), but that's on a case-by-case basis. C/V/C would be my recommended tag for the items you linked.
