To whom it may concern,

I am looking to upload the score and parts for this work on IMSLP. How do I protect the work so as to prevent commercial usage of this piece of music? I stopped the process of uploading the scores as I discovered that public domain was the only option for the copyright info. The drop down box is not showing any of the other creative commons licenses.

You should be choosing "New Composition" for uploading your own works from the drop down menu on the workpage.
