Fuga, just FYI, these posts do not help us, I am sorry for those files are not tagged yet but the reality is, we can see everything that is not tagged, but it is not on my list of items to tag the file or on a day that was uploaded. I know you might feel like your helping, but the reminder posts would be best served for files that do not have a download arrow yet with non pd tags on them or the files have non-pd tags for at least Canada and is still blocked, that would get us to look at that if there was a mistake.
And keep in mind there is over 1200 files that are not even mine to review that haven't been tagged yet and not required to review. And I already put in more than my fair share every week.
Thanks for letting me know what is and isn't helpful, Sallen112. I'll avoid posts like this in the future. Yes, you certainly do more than your fair share of the reviews!
I suppose the thing I don't understand is, if the situation is this dire, why am I not seeing any ads — on the site or on its social media channels — trying to recruit more copyright reviewers? The deluge must be hellish for all of you, and for contributors like me when there is a ~30% chance my work comes to naught, it makes me wonder if there are better uses of my time than contributing scans. I may soon stop if this doesn't improve.
That question about recruiting reviewers likely isn't for you, but I don't know who would make such a decision. So I leave it here for any strategic directors of the site who might have more power to change that.
