Hallo
Pachelbel ist dead in 1706, a bit more than 70 years ago, but his works are blocked... Can somebody please unlock them?
A BIG Thank You for your work!
er
Really?
So not only the AUTHOR but the EDITOR too must be dead more than 70 years ago?!
In Pachelbel case must we wait 70 years from now to consider these scores PD, have I right understood?
Thank you
er
Well, the editor could have died over 70 years ago.
Also, in the case of Urtext editions, the editor's dates do not matter; it is simply 25 years from the date of publication (in the eu and on IMSLP)
OK, thank you. But, to state the question again: in doubt fall must we wait 25 years for the Pachelbel's scores? Until 2033???
Only to understand...

I am certainly not an expert, but these look like Breitkopfs scores from the late 19th century. We really need one of the copyright reviewers. Carolus?
And it also looks like these are the files from bh2000, whjch is a site from which the scans are always public domain (in the U.S....and in this case, canada would probably be a safe bet too)
I have marked the files as "Checked" for now, effectively unblocking them. They were marked previously before the site went off-line and were not reviewed since. Although I suspect they come from the momument series, they'll have to remain this way until such time as the accurate publication details can be ascertained.
