Is Herbert, Victor (1859-1924) PD yet. I have a nice Serenade Op.3 for cello and piano that could be a candidate for upload if he is.

Don't be embarrassed.

I had been under the impression that Wihtol was not on IMSLP, until I realized that I had to search his name in the original Latvian form, including the diacritics.
