are these pieces legal to download

i dont really get the copy right domain stuff .... so ... are these pieces legal to be downloaded in the UK:

Liszt - La Campanella (Grandes Etudes de Paganini, S. 141) think they are the same thing ;p
Liszt/Horowitz Hungarian Rhapsody No.2, 6 and 9
Rachmaninov piano concerto n.2 just the piano bit
Rachmaninoff - Prelude in G# Minor
and some chopin and debussy stuff

there are more but i might post them later ;p

All but the Horowitz arrangements should be. They all should be on the site. Certainly Liszt Paganini etudes are (La Campanella is #3).

.... so are the Rachmaninoff ones ok to d/l and the other liszt and most of the chopin and debussy? ;p

They should be legal in the US and Canada. Rachmaninov is not legal in the EU.
