I took my best guess on the publisher. WorldCat show 1949 as a possible publishing date. The wikipedia page for the piece shows 1926 as the first publishing. I'm pretty sure I got the publisher correct, but I'm not sure about the date. Does this seem correct?

It was actually late 1925 according to Nigel Simeone's book on the first editions of Janacek. At any rate, the publisher info is amended and it's now available. Nice addition - thanks!
