Ireland in the Sun performed by Harry Belafonte

I want to know if the music for "Ireland in the Sun" without lyrics is in the Public Domain in Australia. Generally, if a piece was published prior to 1955 and if its composer died before that year it is in the Public Domain in Australia. "Ireland in the Sun was performed" by Harry Belafonte who is still alive although I believe the piece is a traditional one.
