Scores from/under CPDL
It is OK to submit scores from CPDL (under the CPDL license) on IMSLP(?).
It is fine, but not extremely encouraged because CPDL is also a wiki and hence similar enough to IMSLP that it would be a duplication of effort (plus, they have geared their system to vocal music much better than IMSLP). In other words, submission is not prohibited, but it is to a degree a waste of time 
The reason for trying to cross-link between IMSLP and CPDL is also because of the similarity between the two projects Of course, crosslinking would make submitting CPDL scores to IMSLP even more pointless.
However, at this point, CPDL scores that are already on IMSLP don't have to be removed, since that'd also be a waste of time (no copyright issues).
