How about:

Johann Christian Bach: Sinfonia concertante A-Major for violin, violoncello
and orchestra, Eulenburg kleine Partitur-Ausgabe 1934 Alfred Einstein (1880-1952)).

This work is not PD in the US, but in EU (I am from Sweden) and in Canada.
Will IMSLP block it if I upload it, even with a "NOT PD in the US"-notis??
Alfr ed Einstein´s forword I will not uppload however.

Due to American copyright law's somewhat hazy idea of foreign sovreignty they will be under the [TB] category if what you say is true, this is a very sad state of affairs, but until American lawyers learn that Sweden is not a state of the US we will be forced to abide by their copyright laws

Actually, the odds are very high that the 1934 Einstein edition is free in the USA. Eulenburg rarely applied the required copyright notice - especially before 1945. As the works fall under Germany's Section 70 (Urtext), they do not qualify for "restoration" in the USA as they are free in their country of origin. We have quite a few Eulenburg scores dating from their founding in 1894 up through the 1960s which are free in the USA.

How about making the title of the thread more reasonably descriptive so that the reader can know up front whether reading it would be worth his/her time or contribution?
