Transcribing work found on CPDL

I'd like to publish on IMSLP a transcription of this piece (http://www1.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/Sal ... esnokov%29) (specifically CPDL #03377) for 6 cellos. It's licensed under the CPDL license (http://www1.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/ChoralWiki:CPDL), which seems a bit excessive for this particular piece, which seems to be just a typeset of 1913 edition. It says I have to label it Copyright by CPDL.
Is that applicable in this case? I know that IMSLP and CPDL are somewhat inter-related now, and I don't want to offend anyone, especially Mr. Ornes, the founder of CPDL. I would use the "Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License" and, of course, give credit to Mr. Ornes for the original typeset.
