Hi,

I have the orchestral parts of the symphonies mentioned above at my fingertips. Unfortunately they have a stamp on it that says "Leihmaterial" (rental). Nevertheless the copyright has expired a long time ago.
Can I upload them?

That is the score to which I have the parts.
Also I have parts to rachmaninov 3,again rental, but expired copyright.

Rental makes no difference in the copyright status, apart from maybe works issued 1923-1977 for USA.

Perfect, i'll ask the guy responsible for the sheet music for the scans, they will be marked and a little bit dirty though.
