[BUG] Sibley upload error message

My last two attempts at uploading from Sibley were unsuccessful. After entering the purl and hitting submit:

Error: Error: Invalid handle or unrecognized page.

No idea why. 1802/8167 was the last one I tried.

If you go to http://hdl.handle.net/1802/8167 , you will see that the link is invalid. This is what is throwing the pURL page off (the pURL page always uses the handle.net URL now since the Sibley URL no longer contains the handle). I would suggest you drop a message to jfarrington asking about this issue, since he is from Sibley...

P.S. It seems like the entire 1802/ sector is down. Must be a technical problem on either handle.net or Sibley's side (1802/ includes everything at University of Rochester).
