I tried 1: Add Score, source=Sibley 2:download the Sibley score on my computer and Add Score, Upload file (default). I changed the Sibley file name to SmetanaDaliborSibley1802.15863.pdf

I had the same problem back in June. I can't add a score to any Bedřich Smetana work page running either Win XP or Win 7 and using Firefox 13 or IE 8/9. Schalltrichter had the same problem trying to add a score to a work page for Ignacy Feliks Dobrzyński. I had posted a thread on Carolus' talk page but didn't think about posting one here. Perhaps it is something about a recent MediWiki upgrade that doesn't like certain special characters.

This has now been fixed. It may require a day or two before the cache clears, though purging the page cache manually does the trick as well.
