Unrecognized Page Error

I am having trouble adding files to the page:

Are you uploading a pdf file? Are you sure it ist't the mht file you obtain when you save with your browser? How did you obtain a pdf? Or are you adding a MIDI file to a page that has no pdf [yet]?

Thanks for the MIDI, but does this docs.google site have a search page? The Google-books search page doesn't gives this Balletto.

I suspect vexations1960 has a scan of the complete original score. I have asked if he has the a scan of the complete manuscript, waiting for reply.
