[BUG] Zoeschinger

Under the composer Ludwig Zoeschinger is a set of 10 double marches, that appear to be by a different Zoeschinger. Ludwig was a monk, while the march composer was a soldier. In addition, one of the marches uses a theme from Rossini's William Tell, which premiered after Ludwig's death. There appears to be a manuscript at the University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt by this other Zoeschinger -- it's a set of pieces for brass instruments. Neither give this composer's first name.
