[FEAT] Show year of first publication in chart view of composers works

On each composer's page, there is a link to display the "Chart" view of the composer's works (located at the right end of the Table of Contents section). In this view, the last column is labeled "Year" and displays the "Year of composition" from the related work pages. However, for many works, only the "Year of first publication" is available. Therefore, it would be helpful to add a "Year of first publication" column as well, as this would allow users to sort all of a composer's works by their first publication date.
