Bug with link to Gallica aka BNF link

Now the link on the scanner site from a page with a Gallica-imported score yields "Access Denied: 403 Access Interdit" even if the score addition is not new e.g. https://imslp.org/wiki/Piano_Sonata,_Op.9_(Adam,_Louis)

Is it an imslp bug or a Gallica bug?
