Catoire Elegie

It seems that the Catoire Elegie for violin and piano has two copies of page 5, and might be missing page 4. There is an A on page three that ties to nothing!

It would appear that page 4 is present - I believe it is the up-side-down page between the two copies of page 5.
I have added a note to the work page to that effect.
