[FEAT] logic of the commercial links

I concede the commercial link present with each score can be constructive,
but its logic gives off-topic results because it returns any result that
contains the first and last name of the composer somewhere in the article.

Example: Schulhoff, Julius, l'Ondine: The first result, Editon Lockenhaus,
contains Julius Berger and Erwin Schulhoff. This is not what I'm looking for.

Could you please restrict the results to articles with "Julius Schulhoff" _or_
"Schulhoff, Julius"?

Well, it seems this logic has automagically improved! Thanks!

The Amazon link function will automatically search "<last name>, <first name>, <composition title>" first, and if this search returns no results, will search "<last name>, <first name>". I'm not sure Amazon has Google's function of grouping words (only match if words are together), and it may break when the composer has a middle name, for example.

Generally, if you get rubbish results with the function, it means that Amazon probably does not have what you are looking for, as I believe it will match consecutive words first. Amazon's search function is generally pretty intelligent in my experience (or else they won't get any money).

Then let me thank the Amazon chaps for this improvement!
