Allow upload of LilyPond source files

It would be nice for typesetters to be able to upload LilyPond source files along with the PDF version of their typeset, so that others may modify their typeset if they so desire. LilyPond source files have a '.ly' extension and are text files (you can find a source file at http://ryanak.ca/files/gavotte.ly and the rendered PDF at http://ryanak.ca/files/gavotte.pdf ).

Do a few forum searches; this topic has been discussed before. Basically the situation is we don't allow uploads of these typset files themselves, however you can generate a PDF and attach the source file to the PDF and upload that.
