[BUG]copyright-review codes: N! or !N?

The copyright-review-code section of the FAQ says "N! = copyrighted but permission given" but in my last retypeset contibution http://imslp.org/wiki/6_Concerti_Grossi ... rideric%29 I see !N/!N/!N
I guess !N and N! mean the same copyright status, but things would be easier to understand
with a unique form!
